We buy all our gemstones directly from wholesalers / mines in Sri Lanka, Thailand, Hong Kong, Burma, Columbia, Mozambique, Tanzania to offer best possible price.

In case of any dissatisfaction with the items purchased, customers can return for a FULL REFUND within 14 to 30 days from the date of delivery.

We usually ship items within 1 to 5 business days after we receive orders. A few items might take a longer time to ship as we have to move from one branch office to the Hong Kong office.
