Do you sell real natural gemstone or synthetic?
All our items are 100% natural mined gemstone and it can be be verified by any gem lab GIA,AGL,GRS,IGI,GUBLIN or any gemstone expert.

Do you offer GIA or any Lab Certificate and how much it will cost?
Yes, most of our items are certified which you can check in the image gallery. If not, on your request we can provide certificate from GIA at the cost of 150 USD( time taken is 25 days), AIGS, GIT certificate for 100 USD (time taken is 7 days). Buyer also can buy non certified gemstone and get his own certificate from reputed gem labs within 1 to 2 months time. we will offer 100% refund and certificate cost in case item didn't came as natural as described by alifgems.com.

Do you offer Returns, Refund or exchanges?
Yes, within 30 days buyer can return from the date of delivery, see more details on store policy.

Do you ship worldwide?

How much is TAX or VAT or any other hidden cost?
We don't levy any tax or VAT and there are no hidden charges. All the items are  in USD currency plus shipping charges, And most of the items are under free shipping category.
